products with the intent to mislead customers about their origin.

Products are sold “as is” and carry no medical warranties. Draft State disclaims all warranties not expressly stated.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Draft State is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
stemming from use of the site or products. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the price you paid for the
product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes must be resolved in a court in Montgomery County.
